Total revenues for the first quarter of 2012 were $123.1 million. Net income was $15.3 million, or $0.20 per share. International activities represented approximately 25 percent of revenues in Q1 2012.
Live and Televised Entertainment accounted for 61%, or $75.7 million, of revenue in the first quarter of 2012 as compared to 59%, or $70.4 million in the prior year quarter. Consumer Products accounted for 29%, or $35.5 million, of net revenues in Q1 2012 compared to 29%, or $34.8 million, of revenues in the prior year quarter. Digital Media accounted for 6%, or $7.1 million of revenue in Q1 2012 as compared to 5%, or $6.1 million, in the prior year quarter. WWE Studios accounted for approximately 4%, or $4.8 million, of Q1 2012 revenue compared to approximately 7%, or $8.6 million of prior year quarter revenue.
