Donna Goldsmith joined World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. in July 2000 as Senior Vice President, Consumer Products and became Chief Operating Officer in December 2008. She is a member of the Executive Committee and serves on the Board of Directors.

Prior to her being named COO, Ms. Goldsmith served as Executive Vice President of Consumer Products overseeing WWE's global Merchandise, Licensing, Book and Magazine Publishing and DVD businesses as well as WWEShop.com, the company’s e-commerce website.

Before joining WWE, Ms. Goldsmith worked for the National Basketball Association (NBA) where she managed Global Licensing. Ms. Goldsmith developed and implemented business strategies including identification of new licensees/products, global trends, distribution, marketing and promotional programs.  Prior to the NBA, Goldsmith worked for Swatch Watch U.S.A., Inc. and Revlon, Inc. generating promotional concepts, managing inventory and developing marketing plans.

A resident of Manhattan, Goldsmith graduated from SUNY Oswego with a BA in Communications.
