Uncommon Media Group, Inc. and WWE Entertainment Have Announced Agreement for New Media Venture

NEW YORK/STAMFORD, Conn., July 9,2001 -- WWE Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: WWE) has established a business agreement with Uncommon Media Group, Inc. (OTC: UMDA) to extend the editorial and advertising content of its two monthly publications, WWE Magazine and Raw Magazine, to 'virtual pages' via CD-ROM.

Launching with the November 2001 issue of WWE Magazine, UMGiÔ will develop and distribute an interactive CD-ROM to the more than seven million fans who read WWE branded magazines annually. After the initial distribution, subscribers of the magazines will receive a collectable UMGi CD-ROM each month bundled with their magazine, with up to four additional CD-ROMs coming out each year.

Uncommon Media Group, Inc.'s interactive CD-ROM is a part of a comprehensive program known as "Crossover Media." Using a combination of traditional marketing tactics combined with new economy tools, software and real-time Internet interaction, UMGi will provide "Crossover Media" solutions and services to traditional advertisers, consumers and suppliers. UMGi is able to then provide clients with "Market Metrics" for advertisers and supplier's analysis, by tracking users activity though of the entire CD-ROM, then capturing this information on a backend website. This model will provide UMGi's clients with a previously unavailable targeted consumer demographic of the highest qualification, instant access to the world of E-commerce shopping and full market intelligence reporting capabilities that are used for additional "Crossover" selling.
