World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. to Present at the UBS Warburg 30th Annual Media Week Conference

STAMFORD, Conn., December 9, 2002--World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: WWE) today announced that Linda E. McMahon, Chief Executive Officer, will be presenting at the UBS Warburg 30th Annual Media Week Conference on Wednesday, December 11th at 10:00 am Eastern Time at the Grand Hyatt in New York City.
An audio transmission of Mrs. McMahon’s presentation will be available via live web cast and replay by accessing the UBS Warburg Company web site located at: www.ubswarburg.com.
To listen, participants are encouraged to visit the web site at least fifteen minutes prior to the beginning of the scheduled presentation to download, and install all necessary software. The replay will begin 1 hour after actual presentation time and will be available until January 12, 2003.
