2003 News Releases
Snicker’s Cruncher®, Subway® and Stacker 2®’s YJ Stinger™ Are Official Sponsors of WrestleMania® XX
Masterfoods USA’s Snicker’s Cruncher® is the Official Candy, Subway® is the Official Sandwich and Stacker 2®’s YJ Stinger™ is the Official Energy Drink of WrestleMania XX, which will be held on Sunday, March 14, 2004, and seen live around the world on pay-per-view.
Tickets for WrestleMania XX were virtually gone within seconds of going on-sale on Saturday, September 27. “Our fans are amazing,” noted Kurt Schneider, Executive Vice President, Marketing. “They purchased tickets without knowing which WWE Superstars will be appearing, and solely on the strength of the event’s reputation. Now that the Garden is sold out, we will be turning our attention to promoting pay-per-view buys for the event, which will be one of the greatest WrestleMania’s of all time.”
Madison Square Garden, “The World’s Most Famous Arena,” has been an integral part of WrestleMania history. The first WrestleMania was held at MSG in 1985, and the Garden also hosted WrestleMania X in 1994.
