STAMFORD, Conn., December 1, 2004 - Peter Clifford, Vice President of Affiliate Sales, today announced that Lisa Richards has been hired as Affiliate Sales Director, Western Region, for WWE® Enterprises.

Richards will be responsible for the distribution and sell-through of WWE’s new products to cable and new technology distribution partners. This includes WWE 24/7™, a subscription video-on-demand (SVOD) service. WWE 24/7 features highly rated “classic” Pay-Per-View, cable and syndicated broadcast content, best-selling home videos, new original productions, and proprietary broadband from WWE and other acquired national and regional wrestling brands.

Richards joins WWE after more than four years with the Starz Encore Group. While there, she managed sales, marketing and point-of-sale activities for the Starz Super Pak, Starz on Demand, and STARZ! HD Premium Movie Services. Prior to the Starz Encore Group, Richards was a Regional Account Representative at iN Demand where she oversaw sales distribution and promotional efforts for Pay-Per-View in the Northeast region of the U.S.

“Lisa’s extensive knowledge of distribution models, as well as her experience with affiliate promotions, system marketing, and CSR incentive campaigns with SVOD products, will be a tremendous asset to our affiliate team as we continually look for areas in which to expand our SVOD service,” stated Clifford.
