World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend
STAMFORD, Conn., December 1, 2006 - World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE:WWE) announced that its board of directors today declared the Company’s regular quarterly dividend of $0.24 per share on all Class A and Class B common stock. The record date for the dividend will be December 15, 2006 and the payment date will be December 26, 2006. In connection with the previously announced change in the Company’s fiscal year-end to a calendar year basis beginning with calendar year 2007, we have moved the record and payment dates earlier by approximately two weeks.
