Dated February 27, 2006 ("Policy")
Section 3B of the Policy is hereby amended to add the following to the list of Prohibited Drugs:
"(8) Muscle Relaxers: The non-medical use of drugs belonging to this class, including, but not limited to, carisoprodol (Soma) and meprobamate (Miltown and Meprospan) is prohibited.
(9) Sleep Aids: The non-medical use of drugs belonging to this class, including, but not limited to, zolpidem (Ambien), is prohibited."

All other terms and conditions of the Policy shall remain in full force and effect.
