Stone Cold Steve Austin Seeks Revenge On Triple H This Sunday At Survivor Serie ...
STAMFORD Conn.–Nov. 17 2000– WWE Entertainment Inc. and 3DO’s video game Warriors of Might and Magic present the Pay-Per-View extravaganza Survivor Series live this Sunday November 19 2000 at 8 P.M. Eastern from the sold-out Ice Palace in Tampa FL.
When Triple H masterminded the attack on Stone Cold Steve Austin last November at Survivor Series he instantly rose straight to the top of the WWE. Titles power prestige — it was all within the Game’s grasp and he seized it. The Rattlesnake has now returned to gain revenge on the man who put a halt to his wrestling career exactly one year ago. Austin will attempt to regain his identity as the toughest SOB in the WWE. This match is one year in the making and Stone Cold’s had a lot of time to think over the past 365 days.
Kurt Angle made his WWE debut at last year’s Survivor Series. This year he enters Survivor Series as the WWE Champion. To say he’s had the best rookie year ever may be the biggest understatement in WWE history. The Undertaker on the other hand celebrates his 10th anniversary in the WWE at the 2000 Survivor Series. A true veteran the American Bad Ass will look to make his 10th anniversary a special one — and a golden one. There’s one other thing working against Kurt Angle — the fact that WWE Championship has changed hands at the last SIX Survivor Series events!
Rikishi used the Rock as a pawn in his and Triple H’s game of power over the past year. In fact Rikishi’s false accusation that Rock was his accomplice cast a shadow of doubt about the integrity of the People’s Champion. But now the truth is out and The Rock is out for revenge against the man who once called him "family." Pride honor and personal integrity is on the line when these two superstars clash at Survivor Series!
Survivor Series will be broadcast live from the sold-out Ice Palace via Pay-Per-View and satellite technologies on Sunday November 19 at 8 P.M. Eastern with a replay immediately following at 11 P.M. This three-hour spectacular is available via cable and satellite providers in all 50 states for $29.95 as well as internationally in Canada Mexico and the Caribbean. An "Encore Presentation" of Survivor Series will take place Tuesday November 21 at 8 P.M. and 11:00 P.M. Eastern.
