STAMFORD Conn. April 18 2005 – The legendary Hulk Hogan returns to action for one more match at World Wrestling Entertainment®’s RAW branded Pay-Per-View Backlash on May 1 2005 in Manchester N.H.

Hogan arguably the most famous Superstar ever will appear on Monday Night RAW before a sold out crowd at New York City’s Madison Square Garden tonight April 18 to accept the invitation of “The Heartbreak Kid ” Shawn Michaels™ to be his tag team partner.  This sets up for the first-time ever a dream pairing of these two celebrated Superstars as they face WWE Superstars Mohammed Hassan™ and Daivari™ at Backlash. 

Batista fresh off winning the World Heavyweight Championship from Triple H at WrestleMania® 21 makes his first Pay-Per-View title defense at Backlash.  It will be Triple H versus Batista again as Triple H the 10-time world champion will be driven to recapture the title he lost at WrestleMania.
