WWE® Throws “Biggest Party Of The Summer™”

STAMFORD Conn. July 13 2007 – Whether at amusement parks concerts beaches or other venues WWE will be bringing the party to fans this summer with months of exciting activities leading up to its summer-time extravaganza SummerSlam® on August 26 live on pay-per-view from the Continental Airlines Arena in East Rutherford N.J.

WWE Superstars Divas and Legends will be on the road all summer long and nationwide – generating buzz for the WWE brand and for SummerSlam. WWE’s efforts will include Superstar appearances sponsorship integration concert tie-ins sweepstakes and special merchandise sales.

The excitement begins as WWE Superstars join radio personalities Opie and Anthony for various stops on their “Opie And Anthony Traveling Virus Comedy Tour.” The tour will feature some of the most popular comedians in the country including Jim Norton and Louis C.K. WWE Superstars will be on hand at the events to sign autographs and introduce the event onstage. WWE will also be represented at two of the summer’s hottest annual summer music tours as Superstars will appear at The Warped Tour and Ozzfest.

The party continues at various Six Flags theme park locations in some of the country’s largest media markets including: Boston Dallas Atlanta Los Angeles and Chicago where WWE Superstars Divas and Legends will visit and meet with fans.

As the excitement builds for WWE’s Biggest Party Of The Summer WWE has also teamed up for promotional partnerships with Gold’s Gym Spencer Gifts and 2 200 Strike 10 Entertainment Centers to reach fans in truly unique ways.

WWE has created a special “Party With The Stars Sweepstakes ” where one lucky winner will receive two first / business class airline tickets a hotel suite VIP hospitality and tickets to SummerSlam. All of WWE’s party activities will be promoted with massive integration and coordination across all of WWE’s media platforms. WWE.com will follow the action throughout the summer with information on upcoming events available to more than 17.5 million unique visitors the site receives each month. In conjunction WWEShop.com is planning an August merchandise “blowout” sale and WWE Magazine will feature special “Biggest Party” coverage.

WWE’s three weekly broadcast and cable television shows along with affiliate partners USA and CW will be promoting “Biggest Party” activities and the SummerSlam pay-per-view rounding out the extensive multi-tiered marketing effort.
