WWE® Tour A Triumph for WWE and UK Fans

London 7th October 2007 Next week World Wrestling Entertainment® (WWE) will dominate the UK with a massive fourteen-date tour which includes shows across the country. With some of the biggest WWE Superstars in tow fans are sure to experience some electrifying displays from the world leaders in sports entertainment.

Fans have the opportunity to see many of their favourite Superstars in action with Triple H® Batista® Rey Mysterio® Randy Orton® Ken Kennedy® CM Punk™ and Undertaker® all expected to bring their own brand of magic to the tour.

Birmingham fans could achieve global fame with the Raw® and SmackDown® events filmed as part of WWE’s weekly programming to broadcast to over 110 countries across the globe!

With fourteen live events across the UK on track to sell out WWE’s popularity continues to grow. WWE’s President of Europe Middle East and Africa Andrew Whitaker said: “With over 100 000 people experiencing the excitement and energy of WWE live across the country the popularity of our October tour is a real testament to the popularity of WWE and the loyalty of our UK fanbase.”

The WWE Survivor Series Tour gives UK fans a sneak preview of the exhilarating pay-per-view Survivor Series which will air live and exclusively in the UK on Sky Box Office on Sunday November 18th at 01:00am.

Survivor Series is this year being held in Miami and is sure to be another adrenaline-fuelled night. In past Survivor Series events we’ve seen Undertaker’s debut The Rock winning his first title Vince McMahon call the bell on Bret Hart as well as many other memorable matches featuring Superstars such as Hulk Hogan Steve Austin and Shawn Michaels. This year is sure to be another electrifying event.
