WWE LAYS THE SMACKDOWN ON SWEDEN’S TV4
London February 27 2009 – World Wrestling Entertainment® (WWE) and TV4 have announced a new agreement that will launch SmackDown on TV4 Sport in Sweden on February 28.
WWE’s globally renowned SmackDown Superstars including Undertaker® Edge® Triple H® Big Show® and Mr. Kennedy® are set to wow Sweden every Saturday at 5pm with their unique brand of excitement drama and athleticism.
Johan Kleberg CEO of TV4 Sport said: “It is with pleasure that TV4 Sport welcomes back WWE and SmackDown to Sweden. At TV4 Sport we understand that there are already thousands of WWE fans in Sweden. The launch of SmackDown on our network will mean creating an even bigger fan base.”
